PROBLEM
A Professional Employer Organization needs to take into consideration many inputs before developing a quote. A spreadsheet with Macros was helping to generate a quote which required data entry from the CRM tool to Spreadsheet and creating a Quote using pre-defined templates. The inputs used in the creation of quote change periodically and continuous monitoring to ensure the current price is being used became the need. The PEO organization compares the Premium rates provided by multiple agencies to come up with a competitive proposal.
OVERVIEW
A Custom Salesforce module built to do API Integrations with external inputs of Insurance Rates using daily batch to get rates that are most relevant for a specific US State and Specific territory for California. Consider the Federal and State taxes to calculate the appropriate Premium of Insurance and generate the Quote on screen for multiple Insurance carriers (4 Carriers configured). The Sales can select the best offer and generate a Dispatchable Quote in the format and send the same to the Customer using automated email.
